Well what a busy time it has been lately, what with setting the roadbook for the Appliance Installation Stages, doing a few rallies and getting ready for Targa Tasmania.

As most of you are well aware, Tristan and i have had a shocker of a start to the season. Only 2 stages completed competitively and a blown engine and gearbox to show for it. Were happy with 3rd fastest on the first stage of ROC though.

Last Saturday I sat next to Andy Crane in the Peugeot for the AMSAG rally at Jenolan. We started car 26 and were looking like a solid finish until the fog set in for the night stages. After a shocking transport to the first night stage, down to 10km/h on the bitumen with one wheel on the verge to feel where the road went we decided to call it quits and head back. So another DNF, 3 in row for me.

Anyway looking forward now, I'm off to Tasmania over Easter, will have a good run through the roads with Ray and hopefully come out with a good set of notes. Then the next weekend it's off to Lithgow to officiate and get my officiating points for the NSW State Championship round.

And to top this all off its less than 3 weeks to Targa now and only 6 weeks until the Appliance Installation Stages.
