So plenty has happened since Rally QLD. A new job now with Neumann Petroleum. Missed Rally SA due to a few issues but now back on track. Thanks to Rian Calder for stepping in at the last minute for Rally SA. Managed to do the Myall Stages which was the 2nd round of the NSW State Championship with Darren McLanders in the ex Doug Wright Mirage Mivec. Had a great weekend with the team and came home with 1st State 2wd, 1st P2 and for Darren 1st Clubman 2wd.

Had a ride today with Marcus Marshall driving Car 17 the Dick Johnson Racing V8 Supercar at QLD Raceway. The weather was a bit patchy but managed to get a dry run on slicks which was good. Also a very good lunch with an awesome steak:) Was interested to see what the speed was like but the main thing was the braking at the end of the straights and the cornering speed. The car had very good grip.

Now onto Rally Australia, Derek and I will be competing, will be very much a family affair with members of both our families heading north to help us out, Looking forward to the great roads around Coffs Harbour. Also looking forward to gauging our times against the worlds best.
